Our terms and conditions relate to services provided by Star Concepts.

Please read our terms and conditions of use carefully. By using, visiting or browsing the Star Concepts website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

Postage and Handling
We take the utmost care to ensure your products are packaged safely to send to you. We use courier companies or registered Australia Post to deliver Australia wide. International shipping can be arranged. We ask you to contact us for further details on pricing and location.

Printing and Dispatch
Once you have placed your order with us, we will provide you with a low resolution proof via email for you to approve. It is extremely important that you are happy with the placement, cropping and any colour adjustments made to the images you have provided to us. Once you have checked your artwork and ensured all spelling and details (if necessary) are correct, you need to respond to that email approving your order. You will then need to provide payment in full prior to us printing. Once payment has been received your artwork will be sent to print and once completed sent to the nominated shipping address you have provided us.

Payment & Security
At this stage we do not have a secure server and we stress that you DO NOT include any credit card details in any emails or correspondance you have with us from this site. You can pay for your goods via PayPal or via direct debit. Upon ordering we will get you to nominate your preferred payment method and provide you with instructions on how to make your payment.

Additional Photo Adjustments
Star Concepts will undertake some minor adjustments such as cropping, colour enhancement, red eye reduction, resizing to your image to fit into a particular template., which is included in the standard pricing. Should you require any further requests for enhancing the photos you have submitted additional charges may apply. In the event of this happening, we will notify you of any additional charges that will be incurred.

Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent from Star Concepts. Star Concepts produces each and every customer order on a personalised basis which allows us to customise the product. For this reason Star Concepts is unable to accept returns or exchanges of product due to a customers desire to the change the size, style, color, art or design of the product that they ordered. Should your product be damaged upon arrival, immeditaley notify the courier company which delivered the goods and you must notify us within 2 working days of recieving your goods . We do not take responisbility for any damage you cause during the unpacking of your artwork. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct as we are unable to change this once an order has been dispatched.

What defects qualify for refunds/replacement?
For Canvas products;
Just like artist’s canvas, has a textured surface. Occasionally, small irregularities may be visible under close inspection. These are to be expected, and in almost every case add realism to the canvas photo. We inspect every canvas we print in an attempt to ensure our standard of quality materials and printing is achieved. Also please note that cracking or flaking of the canvas ink layer as a result of gallery wrap stretching is not considered a defect.

If any flaw is readily visible or would detract from the aesthetic look of the canvas or artmount, we will print another master and will notify you of any delay. We make every effort to retain maximum image quality through our processes and software, but no guarantee of image quality can be provided. We will ensure that the image you have provided us is of high enough quality to reprint at the size you have requested. This will be confirmed prior to approving your artwork and it being printed.

We will not accept returns due to colour variations. All our artwork is produced in RBG format for printing and what you see on your computer screen or what you print out on your own printer is not an exact replication of the colours that will be printed on your chosen artwork. Please be aware that colour variation is inevitable and we will not accept returns on the basis it doesn’t match the colours your printer or screen has displayed.

Cancellations
Due to the unique nature of all custom made orders, cancellation is not possible. You will not have the right to cancel your order, as distance selling regulations do not apply to itmes that have been manufactuered to order.

Copyright
All content of the Star Concepts website including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips , data compilations and software and its compilation is the property of Star Concepts and/or its suppliers and is protected by Australian and International copyright laws. By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order. Please note this is imperative if you have had a professional photo shoot.

You may not modify, create, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the Star Concepts website without our express written consent.

Privacy Policy
You have our commitment that your images will not be put into the public domain, unless by prior consent and with your permission. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is never sold, given away or shared with anyone. So, rest assured, your contact details are strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party. Only carefully selected, authorised personnel have access (for customer service and abuse monitoring purposes) to view system accounts.

We may occasionally email you with special offers and new services to the site. If you receive these, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe yourself from any further messages on the email you have received. Please be assured our aim is not in any way to invade your privacy, but merely to inform you of items that, given your experience in dealing with Star Concepts, may enhance it still further.
